What you will be doing:
1. Enable Growth
-
Efficient Planning and managing all stages of the design projects (Offline, Online, Growth)
​

Convert creative briefs into compelling design for our target audience to enable growth
​

Create compelling Case Studies and Testimonials
2. Develop Agile Design
-
Adapt to Brand Guidelines and design collaterals in an efficient way
​

Minimize monotony and efficiently work on the value driven design projects
​

Conduct multiple iterations based on the team feedback and Brand Communication
​
-
Contribute to Internal Communications, Sales, Social and Brand communication seamlessly
3. Be Curious & Creative
-
Continuously improve the existing designs with growth and experimentation mindset
​
-
Contribute creatively to social media Posts, Interactions, and responses
​
-
Stay ahead in design thinking by actively learning and researching
​
-
Develop the brand repository, which is an inspiration for Layout, composition, illustrations, graphics etc
What you need to bring:
-
2-4 years of experience in Graphic designing or similar role.
​

One Should be highly creative and have an impressive portfolio of design projects
​
-
Proven experience on Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
​
-
Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
​
-
Must have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to seamlessly coordinate with external clients
​

Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability.

Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience is welcomed into the family.
