We accomplished a huge milestone in our journey of providing exceptional F&B services to one of the leading multinational financial service corporations during their Global Team visit. It was a remarkable experience for all of us.
The two-day event saw our team meticulously brainstorm, plan, and work to ensure a flavorful and fulfilling experience for the company’s employees and their leadership team.
The event kicked off with a grand opening lunch and dinner, catering to 700 attendees, including the CEO and international team members. This set the tone for the celebrations, which continued into the night with a delightful dinner, appetizers, and a great selection of alcoholic beverages.
The excitement carried on the next day with a 500-employee get-together. We provided a variety of meals throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, and hi-tea sessions.
With our unique selling point of menu engineering, we curated and served exquisite food to the guests. The highlight of the event was the food setup for the core team, which included the CEO. We curated an elaborate menu, starting from welcome drinks to desserts. The entire menu was planned with consideration of spice levels, taste preferences, and other factors specific to the client.
To maintain optimal temperature, the food was tasted every 30 minutes. We even shared the recipes for certain dishes, such as Nashville Chicken Curry, to ensure authentic flavors.
The exquisite menu included Dahi Papdi Chaat, a live pasta station, Aglio e Olio Spaghetti, Baklava, Paan, Quiche, Dhokla, pre-plated authentic Indian desserts served by our servers in traditional Indian attire, customised kids' meal boxes, and many other varieties of food. The menu was a hit and received appreciation from everyone.
Our collaboration with trusted vendors, Swati Group of Hospitality, Goldfinch, Mélange, Harleys, Chef Bakers, Domino’s, and Bunko, was crucial in delivering exceptional cuisine and seamless hospitality. Their support helped us create an enjoyable and flawless experience for the event’s attendees.
The event was a huge success and received appreciation from the CEO of the company.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the event was seeing our team go the extra mile to create an unforgettable experience. Our employees’ dedication to detail and commitment to excellence truly shone through, as they went all out to deliver the best experience and create lasting memories.
We also organized a special recognition and rewards session back at our office to celebrate the success of the event. Our CEO, Krishna Wage, along with Subhayan, Nivedan, and our special guest Amit Maheshwari, distributed certificates and accolades to all the team members who contributed to making this event a huge success.
A special shoutout goes to Varsha Karmakar, who led the event with precision and dedication.
